How does the free trial work?
All new members enjoy a 4 week free trial when they first sign up for Trials Pulse, no strings attached, and no credit card information required. At the end of that period, you will see a notification on your screen asking if you'd like to upgrade your account.

What payment options do you provide?
Individual subscriptions are currently being offered on a limited time basis at $125/month billed annually or $170/month billed quarterly. All online payments are secured through Stripe.

Do I receive a discount as a STAT Plus subscriber?
STAT+ subscribers unlock 15% off an annual membership. You will receive a discount code that you can use at checkout.

Do you provide onboarding sessions?
Yes! We host webinars and demos, but we are also happy to guide you in a private demo, which you can schedule here.
